    I have got an opportunity to visit Dhyana Buddha ghat during Krishna pushkaralu at Amaravathi which was situated at the banks of river Krishna.The magnificent statue of Buddha which is about 125 feet tall is worth viewing.                             

Penchalakona

     During karthik masam ,we had been to Penchalakona ,a famous Narasimha kshetram, which is situated around 70 kms distance  from Nellore  via  Rapur  , by our car.       There is a bus facility from Rapur to Nellore for every half an hour around 30 kms distance from there.Government tourist guest houses will be available for people who are coming from the  distant places .        History;' Penu' means huge and 'Sila' means rock .Penusila kona became Penchalakona in course of time .  Lord.Narasimha swami killed a demon called Hiranya kashyap and self manifested (Swayam bhuvu) himself as a rock here.The Lakshmi Narasimha swamy temple is situated at the foot of the hill                                          . My journey to Varanasi

    Varanasi is known as the spiritual capital of India.The city is in between two ghats named Varun and Assi. So the town is called as Varanasi.It is also called as Kashi and Benaras.,which is situated at the banks of the river Ganges.         Recently a ten members of Our team went  there to perform my mother-in-law's annual funeral customary rites.We stayed at Ganga view guest house which is very near to the ghats.On 5th and6th April we have done the rituals successfully.    At the evening we had taken a  boat ride at river Ganga .The guide cum boat rider well explained about the ghats .Hetold us that there are approximatly 360 above ghats are existed .Harischandra ghat and Manikarnika ghat are known for funeral rites     We have seen Ganga harthi from the boat.It was really amazing.We offered deep harthi to holiGanga. We went to Kashi Vishwanath,Annapurna and Vishalakshi temples and had our darshan.  

Bhairava Kona

         On the festive day of Pongal,we had planned to visit BhairavaKona ,a remote tourist and pilgrim center, is located in Ambavaram,Kothapalli village,C.S.Puram Mandal of Prakasam Dt.,120k.m from Ongole         Another family also joined with us ,   who are our family friends.Already we heard that there will not be any hotels and all. So we had prepared our own food and started from Ongole by our car at 10 a.m.At 2.30 a.m.,we had stopped our car and had our lunch at the tree side cement platform.         We reached at 4.00p.m to .Bhairavakona.A very ancient temple of Lord Shiva,situated in the caves of BhairavaKona,surrounded by lush greenery hills and waterfalls.This place attracts many devotees from border districts like Nellore and Kadapa also on Karthika Poornami and Maha Shivaratri. The waterfalls flows down from 200 meters above and flows about 3ft below through the deity  Durga Devi temple.We had taken
